Okay, for those who don't know I'm in my senior year of high school so now I have laid before me the daunting task of writing a college application essay, and this is made a hundred time harder by the vagueness of one of the prompts. One school near the top of my list only has one option, "Please use the space below to tell us about yourself, your interests and plans for the future." That's it.

It's so frustrating, not knowing what to write. I cannot figure out what's interesting about me. I've been assured I'm very interesting but at least today I feel like I'm shallow and whiny (see, I'm whining now!). How could I be interesting?

I'm not fishing for compliments. I'd just like some honest thoughts on what I could talk about. Not many of you actually know me in RL so you can't be expected to help, but, still if you have any thoughts that could be coalesced into an essay, I'd be forever thankful!

(Just so you know, some of this frustration stems from feeling a bit sorry for myself today and that at least will pass, it always does. Thanks for letting me rant.
